PLANTLAB was created to meet the increasing interest in plant-based cuisine and the art of its preparation. Our plant-based culinary school emphasizes the use of whole, organic, unprocessed, plant-based foods to achieve healthy, aesthetically refined and flavorful cuisine. REAL WORLD PLANT-BASED RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE

Many PLANTLAB students want to become chefs or open plant-based restaurants, some are searching for their next step, and others are looking to change their lifestyle. Chefs attend to enhance their existing training and bridge the gap between culinary art and nutrition. The majority of culinary schools guide students through their programs in a classroom or commissary setting, lacking the opportunity to experience innovative restaurants. The PLANTLAB physical academies are adjacent to PLANTLAB’s award winning restaurants, giving students a priceless “behind the scenes” real-world perspective. Students often are inspired to work in the restaurant or apply for internships after attending courses.
